Aerial Yoga – Gravity Flow

Flow through a sequence that’s been designed to deeply stretch the body, and reset the nervous system. You can expect mindful slow movements, with a strong focus on the breath followed by a guided meditation in a floating savasana.
We’ll find supported postures with the help of the hammock. Allowing gravity to urge us to sink deeper into pockets of tension throughout the body, finding a release as we breath consciously and create space in once tight areas.
