Our Mat Based Yoga class is designed with beginners in mind, for those who have little to no experience with yoga or are looking for a more gentle practice.
We gear our classes to slow mindful movement aimed at improving mobility and flexibility over time.
We will explore a variety of poses and sequences built to move the body in all directions.
Beginning and ending our class with breath work and sometimes meditation, to really focus on relaxing the nervous system.
So if you want to stretch, stay mobile and de stress this is a class for you.
A no pressure environment in which you can explore this beneficial movement practice- and maybe carry some zen from the mat to your everyday life!
